PUBLIC NOTICE – Housing Authority County of Stanislaus Notice of Housing Choice Voucher Wait List Closure
The Housing Authority of the County of Stanislaus announces the closure of the waiting list for the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) on 11/22/19 for the following counties:
Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Inyo, Mariposa, Mono, and Tuolumne.
Interested applicants can apply online at www.stancoha.org until 5:00 p.m. on 11/22/19. The Housing Authority will only be accepting applicants to the HCV Waiting List who qualify for the Local “Residency Preference”. Applicants eligible to qualify for the Residency Preference are either residing in or are employed in the County Waiting List for which they apply and are within the HCV Program income limits. This wait list opening limitation is in accordance with HUD PIH Notice 2012-34.
Waitlist Open for HCV (Formerly Section 8) for the Following Counties: Alpine – Amador – Calaveras – Inyo – Mariposa – Mono – Tuolumne
